Many people find it motivating to join support groups where you meet people who share the same or similar health goals as you.
Here are some examples of groups, classes, and clubs that could support your healthy lifestyle:
- Take healthy cooking class course
- Find a fitness class at your local gym that you want to attend
- Work out with a personal trainer
- Join a dancing course
- Look for fun physical activity groups in your neighborhood, like a basketball team, soccer or hiking group
