How Does Carbohydrate Counting Work

How Do I Know How Much Carbohydrates I Should Eat?
There is no set amount of carbohydrates for everyone. Your carbohydrate needs will be based on several factors:
- Gender
- Height and Weight
- Usual eating habits
- Daily schedule
- Foods you like to eat
- Amount of physical activity
- Health status and diabetes goals
- Diabetes medications and dose timing
- Glucose monitoring results
