What is the Ideal Amount of Physical Activity?
The recommended amount of exercise per week is 150 minutes of moderate-to-intense physical activity. This means 20 to 25 minutes of activity each day, however avoid 2 consecutive days without physical activity.

What should my physical activity goals include?
Physical activity and exercise goals vary from person to person. Your Care Team will work closely with you to set long-term and short-term goals.
For example, your long-term goal may be 10,000 steps a day. Your short-term goal could be increasing your step counts weekly, until you reach your goal of 10,000 steps a day.
